SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies for the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it truly is alarmed about the substantial range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some large quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie SRD and there's no entirely functional office committed to service the area each day. The provider level produced for intervention encounters a higher influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for your Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra means to help the servicing of all buyers and improve sassa status check usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
